Turquoise’s
breakfast is served buffet-style inside or outside in the garden
(depending on the weather). The
menu is chosen daily from a variety of juices, cereals, fruits,
gourmet fresh-brewed coffee, choices of breads with a selection
of cheese, ham or pâté. Breakfast is
always the best time to chat with Gilles (the owner) and other
guests from around the world. Like the menu and the clientele,
conversation is colourful, diverse and always interesting.
